We take a five-step approach to this highly customized (curated) engagement. We clarify your positions and perspective. We synthesize the thoughts of associates to foster greater understanding. 90-minute sessions. Minimum of five. We explore potential leadership initiatives to broadcast inclusion. We deepen familiarity and comfort with DEI. We transform any discomfort into growth and learning opportunities. Minimum of a 5 session series.
